Bife acebolado com molho madeira

How about preparing a delicious rump steak with onion and wood sauce?

The meat, of course, is SulBeef. Quality cut, flavor, and ideal cleanliness.

The madeira sauce is very simple to make. It will bring more juiciness to your dish, making the meat even more flavorful.

Let's learn how?

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (unleavened)
  • 100 ml madeira wine or dry red wine
  • 1 cube of broth dissolved in 500 ml of boiling water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Saute the onion and garlic in butter until the onion wilts. Add the flour little by little, stirring constantly.
  • Pour in the wine, stirring well.
  • Add the broth (already dissolved) and mix until the flour is well dissolved.
  • Season to taste and stir until the broth is thickened.
  • Before serving, strain the broth through a sieve.

Serve with your SulBeef rump steak and bon appétit!
