INGREDIENTS
2.2 lb (1 kg) of beef (patinho cut), sliced into strips 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 4 medium tomatoes 2 medium onions 2 red chili peppers (finger peppers), seeds removed 1 head of garlic 1 bunch of parsley Olive oil for sautéing Salt and black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Chop all the ingredients. In a pan, drizzle some olive oil and let it heat up. Then add the beef strips and sear the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Add the garlic, chili peppers, onions, and bell peppers, stir well, and let it sauté. Finally, add the tomatoes and let them release their juices to form a sauce. To finish, add the parsley. Your dish is ready to serve!
