Ingredients:
• 500g of Sulbeef chuck steak, cut into cubes
• 1 grated onion
• 1 crushed garlic clove
• ½ cup of vegetable oil
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
• 500ml of hot water
• ½ can of tomato paste
• 1 seeded tomato, diced
• 3 diced carrots
• 4 potatoes, cut into pieces
Let's get cooking!!
• In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
• Add the Sulbeef chuck steak and fry for about 5 minutes (or until golden brown). Add the seasonings, tomato, and tomato paste. Cover with water and let it cook for about 20 minutes after it reaches pressure.
• Open the pressure cooker and add the potatoes and carrots. Cook for an additional 5 minutes under pressure, and it's ready!
You can serve just the meat with some toast or bread, or prepare some fluffy white rice. It's delicious!
