Preparation Method Ribeye Steak
1. Dry the ribeye steaks well with paper towels. This process helps ensure better caramelization during searing.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a skillet or grill well. Sear the steaks on both sides until a golden crust forms.
4. Add the butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet. Tilt the pan slightly and baste the meat with the flavored butter.
5. Continue cooking until the desired doneness is reached, monitoring the internal temperature of the meat.

Salad
