PREPARATION METHOD
In a bowl, mix the room-temperature butter with rosemary, thyme, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until it forms a smooth paste.
For the tri-tip, sear the meat in a hot pan to create a crust and intensify the flavor. Then, cover the entire piece of meat with the herb butter. Place it in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and roast until it reaches your desired doneness. While it's roasting, prepare the potatoes by cooking them and seasoning with rosemary and black pepper. Serve the roasted tri-tip with the potatoes.
