Lagarto recheado

INGREDIENTS:

• 1kg of Sulbeef top round roast

• 5 slices of bacon

• 1 carrot, cut into strips

• 1 onion, cut into strips

• 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips

• 3 diced tomatoes

• 1 head of garlic

• Walnuts to taste

• Fresh herbs for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Open the top round roast as if it were a large steak.

• Season it with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices.

• Add the carrot, onion, bacon, bell pepper, tomatoes, garlic, and walnuts.

• Roll it tightly and secure with kitchen twine.

• Brown it in a pressure cooker and cover with water (you can also add beef broth and tomato sauce).

• Let it cook for about 45 minutes, and your dish is ready!

Choose a beautiful decoration.

You can serve it with white rice and potatoes. It's delicious!
